Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for returns and refunds is granted under the following conditions:

Faulty Items

If any item you receive has defects or malfunctions, please provide a photo or video evidence of the issue within 14 days from the day you received your order. Upon verification of the proof, we will issue a refund promptly, and you will not be required to return the defective item.

Items Not As Described, Expected, Or No Longer Needed

If you wish to return an item that isn’t defective but does not meet your expectations, or is no longer needed, initiate the return process by contacting us within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the item in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a full refund. Please note, you must return the item within an additional 14 days after notifying us. The cost of returning the item will not be covered or reimbursed by us.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if an item has been damaged due to attempts to repair it yourself or if it has been handled by an unauthorized third party.

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer’s Guarantee

Kinesap provides a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt that covers defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from improper handling, such as dropping the product or deliberate misuse. If the product is found defective within this period, Kinesap will either repair or replace it at our discretion. We do not issue refunds under the manufacturer’s guarantee—only replacements or repairs are offered.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not already been processed and shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at the contact details provided below. If the order has been processed and shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure once you receive the item.

For cancellations made after 24 hours of the initial purchase, we cannot guarantee a full refund, as the order may already be in the process of shipping. However, you can still return the item once received, according to the guidelines in our Returns and Refunds section.
